At Bloom Rugs, we want you to love your space. If your new rug isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original protective plastic packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
